  • The privileges must be chosen within three days after an SMS has been received only (due at 00:00). After this deadline, the privileges can be enjoyed in the following month only, and no privilege within the month will be valid any longer.
  • The privileges for the following month can be selected once the privileges from the previous month have expired only. (A privilege selected lasts 30 days.)
  • All the privileges are available for 12 months. They shall terminate instantly after a promotion change.
  • The privileges shall instantly be invalid after a promotion change.

Terms and Conditions Regarding Free Calls to 5 Favorite Numbers

  • Registration for 24 hour free calls to the 5 favorite numbers can be made with 10 digit AIS numbers only.
  • Five changes can be made to the favorite number list. From the 6th change onwards, a 10 Baht number changing fee will be incurred (VAT-exclusive).
  • No notification SMS shall be sent in case one of the five favorite numbers has moved to a different network, and the customer shall be charged for calls made to this non-AIS number based on the main package rate.

Terms and Conditions VIU Premium

  • To be eligible for offer, customers need to subscribe VIU Premium package within 30 days after successfully porting their numbers to AIS
  • The VIU Premium package is limited for use within Thailand only.
  • Customers can enjoy VIU Premium after getting confirmation SMS. For usage in Thailand only.
  • The right to use the VIU Premium package will become invalid instantly after a change to the main package.
  • Cancellation of the VIU Premium package can be made on myAIS, or by contacting AIS Call Center or visiting an AIS shop.
  • The VIU Premium package is offered at a special rate of 59 Baht/month (inclusive of VAT and exclusive of data charges).
  • The right to the VIU Premium package can be obtained only once and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
